This festive season, Nottingham City Transport is bringing holiday cheer to your travels with our Countdown to Christmas! 

From Saturday 13th December to Wednesday 24th December 2025 inclusive, we're opening a new festive door every day, revealing exclusive offers and exciting prizes for our passengers.

Behind each door, you’ll find something special — from exclusive offers to exciting festive prizes.

How to join in the festive fun:

1. Follow us on our social media channels (Facebook or Instagram)
2. Check back daily to see what's behind each door and how to claim or enter. Each offer or giveaway will be posted at 08:00 daily and valid until 23:59 on the same day.
3. Be quick - each offer or giveaway is available for that day only!

Terms and Conditions

For NCTX Buses App Discount Offers:

1. Mobile ticket discount offers are only available through the NCTX Buses App. 2. No alternative tickets or discounts are available. 3. Once purchased, tickets must be activated and used within 12 months. 4. No refunds are available on the tickets. 5. A maximum of 3 discounted tickets per account/customer. 6. Where excessive bulk purchasing of discounted tickets is detected, NCT reserves the right to cancel tickets and limit account/customer activity on future purchases.

For Prize Giveaways:

1. Winner will be notified via e-mail on the next working day after the giveaway. 2. Individuals may only enter each giveaway once. Using multiple accounts and emails is prohibited, as is using automated processes to enter. Where excessive bulk entries are detected, NCT reserves the right to remove the entry from the giveaway and disqualify the entrant from future giveaways. 3. No alternative prize available. 4. Time restraints on selected prizes dictate that we reserve the right to pass on the prize to another entrant should it not be redeemed within 24 hours of Nottingham City Transport's email communication and no alternative prize will be offered. 5. The prizes must be taken or used within the time specified by the individual businesses, and will be subject to certain restrictions, date exclusions, expiry dates and price value. Individual winners will be notified of these. 6. Nottingham City Transport take no responsibility for any incidents or personal injury which arises through participation in prize visits and activities. The winner will be personally liable for any incidents which may occur.
