NCT Services as England Enters Lockdown

The Prime Minister has announced a new national lockdown in England.

This has no immediate impact on our services and bus services will continue to operate as advertised for those who need to travel.

Some school related services will not operate as detailed here. Uni 4 between NTU City and Clifton Campuses will not operate until further notice. Please use South Notts 1 between City and Clifton Campus. Pink 31 remains suspended, use Pink 28 or 30 to Jubilee Campus. Uni 34 will continue to operate its holiday timetable until further notice. 

We will be changing our Travel Centre and Call Centre hours from 16th January:

• Call Centre - 09:00-17:00 Mondays to Saturdays
• Travel Centre - 08:30-13:30 Mondays to Fridays

If you have pre-purchased consecutive days travel on an Easyrider, a Uni ID card or a mobile ticket, you can apply for a refund on travel you cannot use here.

Should the government guidance on the provision of bus services alter, we will respond accordingly.
