Updated Terms and Conditions of Carriage

We have updated our Terms and Conditions of Carriage, which are available online here: www.nctx.co.uk/conditions-of-carriage

The key changes include:

• Reference to other terms and conditions and policies customers should familiarise themselves with.

• Removal of reference to giving change on some services.

• Additional terms related to paying with contactless and the NCTX Buses app

• Specific reference to e-scooters not being allowed on buses, except folding ones.

These new Terms and Conditions replace all previous versions.
